Executive/Leadership coaching
Executive/Leadership coaching is also life coaching, specializing in working with people in positions of power in organizations. We, as Leadership coaches, assume that you are competent and rational. By working with us, you might be surprised that magical solutions do exist for making supervisor/worker relationships better.
Together we find answers to questions, such as:
- What do I do with a problem employee? Should I try to change, train, or just fire that person?
- How do I, as a leader, motivate people to perform at their best level?

Leadership is surrounding yourself with others that excel in your weak areas, putting your team before yourself, and listening. Many problems can be solved when you listen.
The team of Penny and Mike are certified life coaches (certified through the Life Purpose Institute, a coaching school certified by the International Coaching Federation). They have numerous graduate degrees, including, MBA, Ed.D., and MPA. They have varied work experiences, with Penny having extensive experience working with international students. Most of all they are both servant leaders, with extensive knowledge about the leadership philosophy of Peter Drucker. Both Servant leadership and Drucker’s philosophy focus primarily on the care and wellbeing of people.
